長六郎(R2013)【ヴェルトショーン製法】Chorokuro Veldtschoen construction

グッドイヤーウェルト製法以上に技術を要するとも言われるヴェルトショーン製法。表革を外側へ釣り込み、表革、ウェルト、本底を縫い合わせることにより、水が侵入がしにくい。きめ細やかで上質なスウェードに、グリップ性、耐摩耗性にすぐれたラバーソールを採用しています。

Veidtschoen shoe construction is said to require more skill than the Goodyear welted costruction. The upper is pulled over towards the outside of the shoe, and the upper, welt and outsole are stitched together to from this waterproof shoe. On the fine, high-quality suede, a rubber sole is used that has superior grip and high wear-resistance.
